Tel3's International Long Distance Rates

TEL3 offers the lowest rates available for both domestic and international calls and the most free minutes on sign up with our Introductory Offer.

TRIPLE your savings by getting a minimum of 30% off on all rates for 30 days, plus up to $10 Free Talk Time! After 30 days, you will still continue on your savings.

Plans and Rates

Introductory Offer rates are available to new customers only for the first 30 days of use. After 30 days, your rate plan will be converted to Standard Plan (no monthly fee) but you will have the option to change it to any one of the TEL3 plans as you wish either from your back-office or by calling Customer Service. For further info about our plans that will apply after the Introductory Period, please see below. Please note there is a 1¢ add-on rate when using toll-free access (except for TEL3 Apps users). Search for your local access number.

There are only three extra charges that may occur:

  1. If calls are made from one of the locations indicated on the chart, additional add-on rates will apply.
  2. FCC mandated payphone fees (69 cents per call) will apply if the calls are originated from a payphone.
  3. Domestic airtime fee by your wireless service provider may apply if the calls are originated from a cell phone.

Important Note for Cell Phone Users: Using the TEL3 service from your cell phone may accumulate charges to your wireless bill when pressing the pound (#) key. For some wireless service providers, the pound key activates another line in which your wireless service connects the call for you instead of TEL3. In such cases, TEL3 is not responsible for any charges that may accrue onto your cell phone bill.

TEL3 offers the most affordable and convenient way of making International calls from your home, office or even cell phone using the same prepaid account. No access fees, surcharges or any hidden fees. All International Rates are subject to change without notice. Visit our Rates section to learn more about the fees. All balances will expire in one (1) year of inactivity.

Customer Satisfaction Guarantee: During the first 30 days after you sign up, if you are not satisfied with the service for any reason, we will gladly refund the remaining balance.  The customer is free to cancel the service at anytime by calling Customer Service. After 30 days, remaining balance of the account can be refunded only in case of a technical problem.
